Pre-installation Preparation
Document Review: Carefully review technical documentation-such as assembly procedures and packing lists-to clarify assembly requirements and the parts inventory.
Material Inspection: Verify the dimensions, shape, and hole-positioning accuracy of the sheet metal parts to ensure compatibility; inventory and properly store all accompanying screws and accessories.
Site and Tool Preparation: Clean the installation surface; prepare appropriate tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches); level the assembly area; and ensure a safe working space.

Positioning and Installation
Reference Selection: Prioritize using a large, machined flat surface on the sheet metal part as the assembly reference plane to ensure stable subsequent positioning.
Precise Positioning: Based on the product structure, determine the installation location using methods such as marking, locating pins, or specialized jigs, ensuring deviations remain within permissible limits.
Fastening: Secure connecting components according to specifications; apply appropriate torque to screws-avoiding looseness from under-tightening or damage to the sheet metal from over-tightening.
Post-installation Verification and Finalization
Leveling and Alignment: Fine-tune the position of the sheet metal parts to ensure a perfect fit with the overall structural profile and a smooth, even appearance.
Comprehensive Inspection: Check the tightness of connections and surface flatness; verify the absence of dents, scratches, or misalignment.
Functional Testing: Test component operation under simulated usage conditions to ensure there are no issues such as looseness or abnormal noise; proceed to warehousing or delivery upon successful verification.
