Stamped Leg Fittings

The Stamped Leg Fittings are compact components designed to provide precise height adjustment for equipment and furniture. In many applications, only a few millimeters of adjustment are required to ensure stable installation, and this component is used specifically for that purpose.

Height options range from 5 mm to 50 mm, depending on installation requirements. The bottom surface is formed with an embossed anti-slip texture during the stamping process. This pattern increases friction between the equipment and the mounting surface, helping prevent movement after installation.

Each leg fitting supports a load capacity of 30 to 80 kg, making it suitable for light machinery, electronic equipment, and furniture applications. In one application case, an electronics manufacturer required a 15 mm height adjustment combined with a non-slip base. A herringbone embossed pattern was used, and after installation, the equipment remained stable even under manual force.

SPCC steel and galvanized steel are commonly used due to their forming performance and corrosion resistance. For applications requiring electrical conductivity, copper can be used. For improved corrosion resistance in outdoor environments, stainless steel is also available. Standard thickness ranges from 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm, with custom production available from 0.8 mm to 2.5 mm.

Blue-white zinc coating is used as the standard surface finish. Each part is individually packed in PE bags to prevent scratches and surface damage during transportation. This step is particularly important for small stamped components, where surface appearance is easily affected during handling.

Alternative surface finishes, including yellow zinc, nickel plating, and natural anti-corrosion treatments, are also available depending on application requirements.

Square, round, and custom-shaped shims can be manufactured according to drawing specifications. Integrated mounting clip structures can also be added where required. Packaging methods are recorded for each product type to ensure consistency across shipments and to avoid unnecessary logistics cost increases caused by packaging variation.

Standard samples are typically completed within 3–5 days. Technical requirements can be submitted via drawings or physical samples for evaluation.
