
Strong Mechanical Strength and Stable Electrical Performance
A Metal Connector Plate is used to join components securely while maintaining reliable mechanical strength and electrical conductivity. The material can be selected according to the application. SPCC cold-rolled steel and SUS304 stainless steel are commonly used for structural connections because they provide dependable load-bearing performance.
The standard version has been tested to withstand a tensile load of more than 75 kg. Compared with many similar products available on the market, internal test results show an improvement of approximately 20%. This is achieved through precise die manufacturing, stable stamping processes, and strict material inspection.
Projects with higher strength requirements can use thicker materials, allowing the tensile strength to reach 120 kg or more. For applications that require electrical conductivity, C5191 phosphor bronze is a suitable option. After nickel plating, the connector maintains low contact resistance and stable electrical performance during long-term operation.
Each Metal Connector Plate is manufactured according to the customer's drawing. Hole diameter, hole spacing, and mounting positions are produced to match the assembly requirements, helping reduce installation time and avoiding unnecessary adjustment during assembly.
Precision Dimensions for Reliable Assembly
Accurate hole spacing is essential for smooth installation. Standard production keeps the hole spacing tolerance within ±0.08 mm. For assemblies with tighter dimensional requirements, the tolerance can be controlled to ±0.05 mm.
Flatness is maintained within 0.1 mm for every 50 mm of length, allowing the connector plate to fit closely against the mounting surface without visible gaps. Tooling is inspected before production begins, and finished parts are checked through routine quality inspections to maintain dimensional consistency.
Surface treatment is selected according to the service environment. Blue-white zinc plating is applied with a coating thickness of 8–12 μm, providing 48 hours of salt spray resistance without red rust. Nickel plating offers 72 hours of salt spray resistance and is suitable for applications requiring improved electrical contact.
Both mass production and low-volume orders are supported. Small trial orders starting from several hundred pieces are acceptable. Samples are normally completed within 3 days. Any quality issue is reviewed within 24 hours, and confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced within 7 days.
