The Large Sheet Metal Enclosures are designed primarily around sealing performance, which is the core functional requirement of this product category. The structure uses a one-piece folded waterproof channel on the door, combined with a silicone sealing gasket, to ensure stable and reliable water resistance under harsh environmental conditions.

Protection ratings range from IP54 to IP67, depending on application requirements. In a coastal electrical installation project, an IP67 sealed configuration was deployed in a high-humidity, high-salt-spray environment. After one year of operation, inspection confirmed no water ingress and no corrosion inside the enclosure, demonstrating stable long-term sealing performance.

Standard size range includes compact units starting from 100 × 100 × 80 mm, up to large enclosures of 1200 × 800 × 600 mm. Non-standard dimensions can also be fully customized according to project requirements.

Each Large Sheet Metal Enclosures product is engineered to ensure that internal electrical and electronic components remain protected, dry, and stable under long-term environmental exposure.

Material options include SPCC and SGCC steel for general industrial use. For outdoor environments requiring higher corrosion resistance, SUS304 stainless steel is used. For explosion-proof or heavy-duty applications, reinforced steel plates are selected.

Standard thickness options are 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2.0 mm. For outdoor waterproof configurations, 2.0 mm door panels are recommended to improve rigidity and sealing stability under pressure and deformation.

All openings-including cable gland holes, inspection windows, switch cutouts, and instrument interfaces-are manufactured strictly according to customer drawings to ensure installation compatibility.

Surface finishing options include yellow zinc plating, black zinc coating, and outdoor-grade weather-resistant powder coating. For coastal or high-salt environments, additional anti-corrosion treatment is applied to extend service life.

Structural accessories such as hanging mounting ears, wall brackets, and internal wiring rail systems can also be customized depending on installation requirements.

Sample production time is typically 3–5 days for standard structures and 5–10 days for complex designs.
