Perforated Display Pegboard Sheet

Perforated display pegboard sheets are flat metal panels punched with an engineered hole pattern to balance airflow or display density against remaining structural strength. Round holes from Φ3 to Φ10 are the standard choice, while square, slotted, and diamond patterns are offered where airflow direction or display fixing calls for a different geometry. The open area is typically held between 30% and 60%: a higher ratio improves ventilation or product visibility but lowers stiffness, so the pattern is chosen around the actual load and airflow target rather than at a single default setting. Hole diameter is controlled to ±0.05 mm and hole center spacing to ±0.1 mm, and die clearance and punch parameters are managed so the sheet exits without tearing, burr, or edge bulging. Base material runs 0.8-2.0 mm, with 0.6 mm ultra-thin and 2.5 mm heavy options, in SPCC, SGCC, SUS304, or aluminum. Panels can be supplied flat or with an integrated folded edge that stiffens large spans and gives a built-in mounting flange; galvanizing, powder coating, and brushed stainless finishes are available, with anti-dust and anti-static coatings for sensitive environments. Partial hole blocking, full-sheet cutting, and integrated reinforced frames are added as required by the mounting design.

Because a perforated panel is judged on pattern consistency across the whole sheet, repeatable hole pitch from the first panel to the last is the buying concern rather than a single sample looking right. Stable batch production keeps the open area and hole spacing uniform across a run, so a bank of display boards or cooling covers lines up consistently when installed side by side and looks and performs as one system. Material substitution across SPCC, SGCC, stainless, and aluminum also lets a buyer keep the same hole pattern while moving between an indoor budget build and an outdoor corrosion-resistant version without redesigning the layout. This means a customer can lock a proven hole grid once and re-specify material or finish for different climates without re-tooling the perforation, which lowers engineering effort for repeat panel programs.
