Metal Joiner Plate

The Metal Joiner Plate is designed for applications that require greater structural strength than a standard connector plate can provide. Standard material thickness ranges from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, while custom production is available up to 5.0 mm for higher load requirements.

Load testing shows that a 3.0 mm SPCC plate withstands a tensile load of more than 120 kg. During destructive testing, the same design remained intact until the applied load exceeded 140 kg. This level of strength makes the plate suitable for equipment exposed to vibration, repeated impact, or heavy mechanical loading.

For general industrial applications, heavy-duty SPCC steel provides an effective balance between strength and cost. SUS304 stainless steel is recommended where corrosion resistance is more important, such as food processing equipment or outdoor installations. Phosphor bronze is available for applications requiring stable electrical conductivity.

Hole configurations can be produced to match different assembly methods. In addition to standard through-holes, counterbore holes, oval holes, and locating holes are available. Counterbore depth is controlled within ±0.05 mm, allowing screw heads to sit flush with the surface after installation. Tooling is manufactured according to the customer's drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy.

A black zinc seal coating with a thickness of 12–16 μm is commonly applied to improve corrosion resistance. The standard finish withstands 96 hours of salt spray testing without red rust. For coastal environments or applications exposed to chemicals, powder coating provides additional protection and is available in different colors and coating thicknesses. Stainless steel parts can also be supplied with either a brushed or mirror-polished finish.

Production planning supports multiple projects at the same time while maintaining delivery schedules. Once materials are available, urgent orders can be prioritized without interrupting normal production. Samples for complex parts are typically completed within 5–10 days and submitted for customer approval before mass production begins.

Production starts only after sample approval has been received. If a confirmed quality issue occurs within three months after delivery, rework and replacement shipping are handled by our factory.
